WHAT: NYU School of Law and the Global Public Service Law Project will present a panel discussion entitled, "GLOBAL PUBLIC SERVICE LAWYERING: THE RELEVANCE OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL NETWORKS & FRAMEWORKS TO DOMESTIC HUMAN RIGHTS LAWYERS." Panelists include Ken Roth, Executive Director of Human Rights Watch, NYU School of Law Professor Holly Maguigan, and NYU Global Public Service Scholars.

Participants include activist and government lawyers from the developing and transitional world who have worked on public interest law in their home communities.

Ken Roth will deliver opening remarks. Professor Holly Maguigan will moderate. A reception will follow the event.
