NYU LAW EXPERT GEOFFREY P. MILLER AVAILABLE TO OFFER COMMENTARY ON ABUSIVE, INCOMPETENT, CORRUPT, AND SELF-INDULGENT JUDGES

NYU Law School Professor Geoffrey P. Miller, a specialist on judges who behave inappropriately, is available to give a national or regional overview of the seemingly proliferating problems of those who sit on the bench. Professor Miller can also suggest legal solutions for ameliorating the problems.

The most recent story to hit the headlines involves Queens Supreme Court Justice Luther Dye, who was censured on Friday for improperly asking a lawyer if he was Jewish and for disparaging the Catholic Church.

Possible issues to be discussed:
