Welcome to New York University’s Department of Public Safety website. The members of the Public Safety Department are committed to providing the highest quality public safety services and maintaining the highest level of safety and security for the NYU commmunity. Our goal is to sustain a campus atmosphere that is conducive to students learning, faculty teaching, staff working and guests visiting without the distracting concerns about safety.

Our website will provide information that you will find valuable whether your concern is domestic or international, including the following:
