“The Sustainability-Enabled University: Fostering the Capacity for Change.”
On Tuesday, April 14th New York University will host Leith Sharp, Former Director of Harvard’s Green Campus Initiative, as she lectures and presents a workshop “”The Sustainability-Enabled University: Fostering the Capacity for Change.”
Sharp pioneered and developed Harvard’s Green Campus Initiative for nine years, helping to raise the bar as to what an environmentally effective sustainability program is capable of doing. Today she is one of the most influential voices shaping the evolving field of higher education sustainability.
Sharp will visit NYU to offer this exclusive presentation and workshop to the NYU Sustainability Task Force, as well as engage in creative investigation of the “big questions” about where NYU’s sustainability initiative are heading after the creation of the Task Force almost three years ago.
