New York University School of Law’s chapter of the Federalist Society and Templeton Debate and Lecture Series on Law and Wealth Creation will host a panel discussion on tax provisions in the federal stimulus package, including the alternative minimum tax patch and provisions for depreciation. The panel, called “Tax Provisions in the Stimulus Bill: A Debate,” will take place on Monday, March 2, 2009, at NYU School of Law, Furman Hall, Room 216, 245 Sullivan Street (between Washington Square South and W. 3rd Street).
