NYU School of Law’s Barkow Available for Comment On Supreme Court’s Rejection of Death Penalty for Child Rape

New York University School of Law Professor Rachel Barkow is available for comment on the Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision outlawing executions of people convicted of raping a child.
An expert in criminal law and procedure, Barkow, who clerked for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, has written extensively on the criminal law process and testified before Congress on the future of federal sentencing guidelines.
