- WHAT: New York University School of Law will host its inaugural Conference on Law, Commerce and Development April 11-12, 2008. This interdisciplinary gathering will explore the relationships among legal institutions, commercial practices and economic development.
- WHO: Participants include leading scholars in law, economics, political science and anthropology. The conference, organized by NYU Law Professors Kevin Davis and Clayton Gillette, is intended to create a basis for future collaborative research among scholars from different disciplines.
- WHEN: Friday, April 11, 2008, 9:20 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
