NYU's Barkow Available for Comment On High Court's Restoration of Judges' Authority On Sentencing

New York University School of Law Professor Rachel Barkow is available for comment on the Supreme Court’s twin decisions restoring judicial discretion on sentencing.
An expert on criminal law and procedure, Barkow, who clerked for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, has written extensively on the criminal law process and testified before Congress on the future of federal sentencing guidelines.
