New York University School of Law Professor Rachel Barkow is available for comment on the resignation of Attorney General Alberto R. Gonzales.
An expert on criminal law and procedure, Barkow, who clerked for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, has written extensively on the criminal law process and testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee at a hearing on the future of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
