Rae Zimmerman, a professor of planning and public administration at the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University, is available for comment on New York City infrastructure vulnerabilities, in light of the rush-hour steam pipe blast in midtown Manhattan on Wednesday.
Professor Zimmerman is director of the Institute for Civil Infrastructure Systems (ICIS), a Wagner School research center.
