
Charles Mullen, is the Vice President and Treasurer for New York University. Charles leads the university's Cash Management, Student Cashiering/Bursar, Insurance and Risk Management, Gift Processing, and Debt management areas. Responsibilities include short-term investment management, external financing, cash management, banking services and risk management strategies.
Charles has over 20 years of increasing responsibility and experience at New York University. Before his promotion to Vice President and Treasurer, Charles served as the university's Associate Treasurer.
Prior to joining NYU, Charles served as Treasurer and CFO for a mid-sized corporation where he was responsible for the full range of treasury and accounting functions and systems. Charles began his career in accounting, and holds a BA in accounting from Pace University and earned his MBA in finance from St. John's University.
