Clean-up fee

A clean-up fee of $12 will be levied against anyone using the equipment in the facility who fails to leave the facility in a clean, pristine condition.

Other fees

Other fees may also be charged to cover special training sessions, etc.  Charges for breakages will be made directly to the lab responsible for the breakage, or (in the event that fault cannot be determined) divided among all labs that use the equipment.
