Current research projects include:
Rhabditidae Systematics: determining the relationships among different species of family Rhabditidae. (Initial work supported by an NYU Research Challenge award.)
- Evolution of Rhabditidae: tracing the evolution of male tail form, male copulatory behavior, and other aspects of rhabditid biology.
(Initial work supported by an NYU Whitehead Fellowship.)
- Male Tail Morphogenesis: uncovering the genetic components and mechanisms controlling male tail tip morphogenesis in C. elegans.
