Parent's Guide | Parent Services | Information | Parent Helpline

The Parent’s Helpline is a source of information and assistance for almost any University-related question or problem. The staff of the Student Resource Center will answer your questions, refer you to appropriate resources, and, if necessary, act as a problem-solving liaison with other University units. To reach the Parent's Helpline, call 212-998-4219. If you prefer to use E-mail, contact Stephen Polniaszek, Parents’ Helpline coordinator, at sp4@nyu.edu or use the E-mail link on our Web site (www.nyu.edu/src) through the Parents section.
