Parents' Gifts to NYU
The NYU Parents Fund raises gifts from the parents, grandparents, and friends of undergraduates enrolled in New York University. Opportunities for enrichment both in and beyond the classroom are the hallmark of an NYU education, and gifts to the Parents Fund support those initiatives. Funds raised in unrestricted support are the most useful to the University because they mean the difference between tuition revenue and the actual cost of educating our students. Since 70% of NYU students receive some form of tuition assistance, a gift to the Parents Fund makes it possible for NYU to accept the most qualified students, regardless of financial means.
Gifts to the Parents Fund support career counseling services and internships; laboratories and computer centers; scholarships and financial aid; and co-curricular activities like lectures, art exhibitions, and international programs. With the support of NYU parents like you, as well as NYU alumni and friends, the University will have the resources to ensure that it continues to prepare young people to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
