All meetings are held at the Kimmel Center for University Life, 60 Washington Square South, Room 803.

All students are invited to attend UCSL meetings. See below for information about attending SSC meetings or about addressing the UCSL.



information for students wishing to attend an ssc meeting:

Students wishing to observe a stated meeting of the Student Senators Council shall submit a written request to the SSC/UCSL Chairperson no later than 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday of the week of a stated meeting of the SSC. (Requests may be dropped off at the SSC/UCSL Office, 194 Mercer Street, 4th Floor.) Timely requests will be granted at the discretion of the SSC/UCSL Chairperson. All observers and guests must maintain the confidentiality of the specific proceedings of the meeting attended in accordance with the SSC Rules of Procedure. The SSC meets at 4:00 pm on the same days as the UCSL. More information is available from the Office of the Student Senators Council.



information for students wishing to address the ucsl:

Students who wish to make a presentation to the SSC's University Committee on Student Life regarding matters within its purview should submit a written request to the SSC/UCSL Chairperson no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday of the week of a stated meeting of the UCSL. (Requests may be dropped off at the SSC/UCSL Office, 194 Mercer Street, 4th Floor.) Timely requests will be granted at the discretion of the SSC/UCSL Chairperson. Each student guest speaker whose request is granted will be allotted no more than five minutes to make his/her presentation. Time will be set aside for this purpose prior to the start of each UCSL meeting (other than the last meeting of the academic year).
