	in Africa, Indochina, Japan, Korea, Latin America, the Near and
	Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, countries of the former
	Soviet Union, Western Europe. Also for programs in international
	peace and security studies, Russian studies, foreign policy 
	studies, Hispanic studies, Muslim studies and others.

Eligibility: Qualifications vary; U.S. citizenship not required.

Deadline: Deadlines vary depending on the specific fellowship of
	  interest.
