Scoville Peace Fellowship Program The Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellowship Program provides full-time fellowships to college graduates so they may spend time in Washington, DC, working with a nonprofit, public-interest organization addressing peace and security issues. Eligibility: Applications are invited from candidates who have demonstrated interest and some education and/or experience in peace and security issues. Candidates must have completed a baccalaureate degree. Stipend: Fellows receive a stipend of $1,500 per month, plus health insurance and travel expenses. Deadline: October 15 is the deadline for the Spring semester and March 15 is the deadline for the Fall semester.
