Scottish Rite Fellowships Dissertation Research Fellowships: The purpose of this fellowship program is to give support to graduate students for a period during the preparation of their doctoral dissertations in the fields of: biochemistry, genetics, neuroanatomy, neurobiology, pharmacology, physiology, psychiatry, psychology, sociology, anthropology and epidemiology which are pertinent to the expansion of knowledge about schizophrenia. Eligibility: Candidates will be expected to have completed all requirements except the dissertation by the beginning of the fellowship year. A fellowship recipient will be expected to pursue dissertation research full-time. An application must be initiated by a letter from a sponsoring scientist.
