Scholarship Program for South African Students Scholarship Program: for citizens of South Africa who have been admitted to a full-time graduate or professional degree program at the master's level at New York University. Eligibility: candidate must be sponsored by a United Nations agency or other international program (i.e. Fulbright Program, SAEP, UNETPSA, SAHEP, Bishop Tutu Program). Amount: limited to full tuition only. Stipend supplements will be given if the student's stipend from the outside agency is insufficient to meet normal living expenses.
