National League of American Pen Women, Inc.   

Award: for women in art, music, and letters on even-numbered years to
     further their creative purposes.

Eligibility: women must be 35 years or older and write a letter stating
		age, background and creative purpose to receive the prize. 

Prize: $1,000 for each area (i.e. art, letters and music). 

Deadline: send self-addressed stamped envelope by August 1st of odd-
      	numbered year to receive current information.  Deadline for entries
	is January 15th of the even-numbered year.
