Memorial Foundation for Jewish Culture--International Doctoral Scholarship The purpose of the International Doctoral Scholarship for Studies Specializing in Jewish Fields program is to help train qualified individuals for careers in Jewish scholarship and research, and to help Jewish educational, religious, and other communal workers obtain advanced training for leadership positions. Eligibility: Any doctoral student specializing in a Jewish field, who is officially enrolled or registered at a recognized university. Priority is given to applicants who are at the dissertation level. Period: Grants are given for one academic year. They can be renewed, upon submission of a new application form and supporting documents, up to a maximum of four years. Stipend: Grants range from $2,000 to $7,500 a year.
