Luce (Henry) Scholars Program Internship Program in Asia: recipients are assigned to a professional internship in their field, in an Asian country. The program is intended for those who would not otherwise expect to gain such exposure, in order to promote awareness and understanding of Asia among potential leaders in US society. Eligibility: Open to both undergraduate and graduate students and recent alumni. Those specializing in Asian studies, or who have lived in Asia or traveled extensively there, are not eligible to apply. Candidates must have completed their bachelor's degree by September 1st of the year they apply, have not yet reached their thirtieth birthday on that date, and be a US citizen.
