Business and Professional Women's Clubs of New York State--Fellowships


Grace LeGendre Fellowships are for advanced graduate study. 

Candidates for the BPW/NYS Fellowship are required to:

	- Be women who are permanent residents of New York State and
	  citizens of the United States; 

	- Have a Bachelor's Degree;

	- Be currently registered full time in graduate studies, and
	  within two years of completing studies in an advanced 
	  graduate degree program at an accredited NEW YORK STATE
	  college or university;

	- Show evidence of scholastic ability and need for financial
	  assistance;

	- Submit a completed application form to the Chairman of the
	  Fellowship Committee by February 28th.

Stipend: $1,000

Deadline: Applications are available October 1 through January 10.
	Requests for application materials must be accompanied by a
	a brief resume and a self-addressed stamped #10 business 
	envelope. The deadline for submitting a completed application to
	the Fellowship Committee is February 28, 2001.
