Kosciuszko Foundation   

Graduate fellowships: for candidates majoring in Polish studies
     (including the language, literature, and culture of Poland)
     at an American university. Fellowships include exchange
     programs with Poland.

Eligibility: preference is given to students who supply evidence
     of identifying with the Polish community over those whose
     only claim is birth or descent. Scholarships and grants are
     for Americans of Polish background and for Polish citizens
     abroad.

Deadline: November 15 (annually)
