Institute for the Study of World Politics--Doctoral Dissertation Fellowships

Doctoral Dissertation Fellowships: These fellowships are awarded to
	candidates for the Ph.D. degree who will have completed 
	course work and will be conducting dissertation research
	on international-affairs topics during 1999-2000. 

Eligibility: Applicants must be pursuing degrees from U.S. institutions,
	but they may be citizens of any country.

Period: The fellowship will cover a period from one to nine months,
        commencing no earlier than July 1, 1999 and no later than
        April 1, 2000.

Deadline: February 16, 1999
