Graphic Arts Technical Foundation   

1. Communication Fellowships in physics, chemistry, business,
   engineering, industrial education, and mathematics. 

     Eligibility: students who plan to seek professional and
          management level employment in the graphic
          communications industries, have demonstrated ability
          for advanced education in the sciences and education,
          have been admitted to graduate status by the time the
          fellowship begins. 

     Amount: $1,500 to $3,000 including tuition, fees and expenses. 

2. National Scholarships: for research and study in math,
   chemistry, physics, industrial education, and other areas
   that have potential application in the printing, publishing,
   and packaging industries. 

     Eligibility: students must have a BA and be accepted as a
          regular graduate student or enrolled in graduate school
          with not less than one year of study remaining. 

     Stipend: $1,000 to $3,000.

Deadline: January 10 (annually) for application and letter of
     recommendation.
