Flemish Community Fellowship Fellowships: for American college graduates who wish to continue their education in Flanders, Belgium at universities, conservatories of music, or art academies in the following fields: art, music, humanities, social and political sciences, law, economics, sciences, and medicine. Eligibility: Must have a U.S. bachelor's degree and be no older than 35 years of age. Fellowship students can not have other Belgian sources of income. Amount: A monthly stipend of 24.800 Belgian Francs, including travel expenses and purchase of books; tuition at a Flemish institution up to 17.600 BF; 25.000 BF toward costs of printing the doctoral dissertation or 7.500 BF toward costs of printing licentiate thesis; health insurance and public liability insurance according to the Belgian law.
