Drew (Charles R.) National Scholarship Commission   

National Awards in the Humanities: for creative work in fiction,
     poetry, drama, biography, and the essay; for scholarly work
     in any one of the disciplines commonly included in the
     humanities field; and for research in methods techniques and
     history of education on all levels, including special areas
     of interest in the field. 

Eligibility: must be US citizen 

Grants: up to $1,000 

Deadline: November 30 (annually)
