American Foundation for the Blind - Frederick A. Downes Scholarship

The Frederick A. Downes AFB Scholarship is open to students
enrolled in a course of study leading to a profession or vocation.

Eligibility: Applicant must be a US citizen 22 years of age or younger. 
     Candidates must provide evidence of legal blindness.

Amount: $2500

Deadline: Applications with supporting materials must be submitted
    in print and be postmarked by April 30, 1998.
