American Foundation for the Blind - Rudolph Dillman Memorial Scholarship For graduate and undergraduate students who are legally blind, pursuing their studies in the field of rehabilitation and education of the visually impaired and blind. Eligibility: Must be a US citizen, studying in the US, and legally blind. Applicants must submit evidence of financial need. Amount: $2,500 Application materials: Evidence of blindness, official transcript(s), proof of acceptance in an accredited graduate or undergraduate training program in the field of rehabilitation and/or education ofpersons who are blind or visually impaired, evidence of economic need, if applicable, three letters of recommendation, and a typewritten statement of no more than three double-spaced pages describing educational and personal goals, work experience, extra-curricular activities, and how scholarship monies will be used. Deadline: Applications with supporting materials must be submitted in print and be postmarked by April 30 (annually).
