American Foundation for the Blind - Delta Gamma Memorial Scholarship

The Delta Gamma Foundation Florence Margaret Harvey Memorial 
Scholarship: for undergraduate or graduate students who are legally 
blind, studying in the field of rehabilitation and/or education of 
persons who are visually impaired or blind.

Eligibility: Must be a US citizen and provide evidence of legal 
    blindness.

Amount: $1000.

Application materials: Evidence of blindness, official transcript(s), 
    proof of acceptance at a college or university, three letters
    of recommendation, and a typewritten statement of no more than
    three double-spaced pages describing educational and personal
    goals, work experience, extra-curricular activities, and how
    scholarship monies will be used.

Deadline: Applications with supporting materials must be submitted
    in print and be postmarked by April 30 (annually).
