Council for Exceptional Children   

Competition: open to undergraduate and graduate students majoring
     in audiology, education of the hearing impaired, psychology,
     and special education.
 
Submission: Paper on prevention, diagnosis, education, and/or
     discussion format. Paper should not be the student's thesis.

Award: students receive small monetary awards.
