Consortium For a Strong Minority Presence at Liberal Arts College
		
Postdoctoral Fellowship

The fellowship is intended for scholars who have been awarded 
the Ph.D. or MFA except dissertation, this fellowship provides 
compensation based on the average salary paid by the host 
college to beginning assistant professors. The scholar will be 
expected to teach one course in each academic term of residency, 
to participate in departmental seminars, and to interact with 
students. "Start-Up" funds will be made available to finance 
proposed research, subject to the usual institutional procedures.
