Scholarships: for American Indian students seeking to develop
     leadership and increase employment in professional and
     vocational fields. 

Eligibility: recipient must be an enrolled member of an Indian
     tribe or Alaskan Native descendant, show financial need and
     scholastic ability, be enrolled or accepted at an accredited
     university as a full time student.
