Association for Educational Communications and Technology   

The ECT Foundation Graduate Scholarship Program: for graduate
     study in educational communication technology or a research
     project in this area. The scholarship may be used for a
     summer session or academic year of graduate school in any
     accredited college or university in US or Canada. 

Deadline:  Differs depending on the grant, most deadlines fall 
	   in the middle of October each year.
