Association on American Indian Affairs--Sequoyah Graduate Fellowships The Association on American Indian Affairs accepts applications each academic year for fellowships for American Indian and Alaskan Natives who are pursuing graduate degrees in many diverse fields. Eligibility: Applicants must be enrolled full time and provide a class schedule. Requirements also include, a copy of either a Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood or be 1/4 or more of a federally recognized Indian tribe. All applicants must provide an essay (one to two pages) describing his/her educational goals. Period and Stipend: To be determined.
