American Bar Association--International Legal Exchange Program 

Exchange Program: for foreign attorneys to visit U.S. law firms,
     and U.S. attorneys to visit overseas law firms. Time period
     is from three to six months. 

This program does not offer financial aid, but encourages host
     law firms to grant a modest stipend to help with living
     expenses of visiting attorneys.
