Association for Gerontology in Higher Education--Scholarships & Fellowships The Association for Gerontology in Higher Education will administer the 2000-2001 AARP Andrus Foundation graduate scholarships and fellowships in gerontology and aging studies. Eligibility: Applicants must already be enrolled in a Master's-level gerontology or aging studies program (behavioral, social, or health sciences; policy or religious studies; humanities; planning; or practice) at the time of application. Students will be expected to enroll on a full-time basis during the period of AARP Andrus Foundation support. Gerontology and aging studies faculty are invited to nominate qualified students for these awards. Period: The scholarship and fellowship awards will be for the 2000-2001 academic year and are non-renewable. Award: $15,000 will be awarded to doctoral-level students and $7,000 will be available for master's level students. Scholarship funds are to be allocated for tuition, fees, and books.
