COURSE OVERVIEW:
The 2008 Oral Design Symposium in conjunction with NYU 3rd Annual Ceramic Symposium
is presenting “Oral Metamorphosis — The Masters Teach the Art behind the Smile”.
The advancement of contemporary Aesthetic dentistry has been primarily based on ceramic
development and the clinical usage of it.
It is hard to compete in Aesthetic dentistry without the knowledge of the possibilities of
ceramics and the art put into it by the Master Ceramists. Today the ceramist and clinician come
together to create and understand the development of light reflective materials that actually
mimic nature. This symposium will explore the type of skills and materials used in implant cases
as well as, high performance ceramics such as: Zirconia and Alumina. Our Masters will teach
the joining of art and science to enrich the knowledge and creativity of Aesthetic Dentistry and
transform the lives and smiles of thousands of patients from around the world.
