New OSP Address

We are pleased to announce that the Office of Sponsored Programs has moved to new quarters after more than 30 years at 15 Washington Place, Apartment 1H. Our new offices are located at 665 Broadway, Suite 801, which is located on the west side of Broadway between 3rd Street and Bleecker.

In addition to the extra elbow room and clean environment, we are very excited because our new offices accommodate more private one-on-one meetings, as well as both small and large group meetings, and there will be space to continue organized training and professional development for research administrators and others involved in the support of research at NYU without having to locate and book other University facilities. Most importantly, OSP will for the first time share contiguous space with related central administrative offices, including the office for the Committee on Activities Involving Human Subjects, the office for the University Animal Welfare Committee, the Office of Veterinary Resources, as well as the Associate Vice Provost for Research Compliance and Administration. I try not to resort to such buzz words, but we expect this arrangement to generate among us a greater degree of synergy.

We therefore respectfully request that you and your colleagues alert us as soon as possible to any proposals with deadlines or other items that will require our attention between February 11 and February 19. The sooner OSP Projects Officers are contacted about such work, the better we can accommodate your schedules. Our contact information will remain the same, aside from the change of address.
