NYU's Opportunity Programs provide academic and financial support as well as personal counseling for talented students who are New York state residents, qualify* academically and economically for the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (Arthur O. Eve HEOP) or the Collegiate Science Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) and can benefit from program services.
