ITS is NYU's central organization for technology-based services for University students, faculty, staff and administrators. ITS provides computer, network, telephone and Internet services to the entire University and can be reached at its.clientservices@nyu.edu or 212-998-3333 from 8:00 a.m. to midnight, Monday - Friday, and from noon to midnight, Saturday and Sunday.

The ITS Client Services Center will assist you with any email problems. To activate your NYU email acount, go to start.nyu.edu and follow the on-screen instructions.
