Every spring the OISS sponsors a commencement breakfast for graduating NYU international students and their families. Celebrate your accomplishments amidst the sounds of jazz and bid farewell to fellow members of your class!

Kimmel Center for University Life, 60 Washington Square South
Registration for the breakfast is open. You can register in person at the OISS or you can click HERE to register online. Registration for the breakfast will end once we reach capacity or on April 27, 2009. This event is open to NYU students and a limited number of their guests.
All guests should bring their NYU ID, a passport, or other photo ID. A photo ID is necessary for entry into Kimmel.
2009 OISS International Student Leadership Award
The OISS International Student Leadership Award is announced during the Commencement Breakfast. Winners are selected due to their strong involvement in the NYU community and their significant contribution to improving international student life at NYU. Eligible nominees for the International Leadership Award are international students in F, J, or any other nonimmigrant status who meet the following criteria:
Are completing their academic program at NYU by August 31, 2009,
Are maintaining a grade point average of 3.0 or higher
Are involved in the NYU community as a volunteer or leader
Have made a significant contribution to improving life for international students at NYU
Nominees must be nominated by at least one NYU faculty, staff, or student. Multiple nominations for one person are welcome. Download the application form here. You can also pick up the form at the OISS.
