The Office of Government and Community Affairs produces a weekly Policy Brief that covers important issues on the federal, state and city levels that impact the NYU and the broader higher education community. Any interested member of the various communities NYU serves—the University, local community members, legislators and their staff at the city, state and federal levels, and alumni—can sign up to receive the Policy Brief, which comes in the form of a weekly email. Additionally, OGCA compiles policy and issue briefs on a vast array of topics, ranging from local elections to federal funding and everything in between. These briefs offer insight on issues important to NYU and provide analyses of how the University is affected on various levels. We have made these available to you on this site.
