Human Resources Division
The NYU Human Resources Division provides a full array of services to support the University's mission and values and consists of the following areas: Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Learning and Organizational Development, Projects & Applications, and Talent Management.
In addition to the central HR team, the Human Resources Division partners with a network of Human Resources Officers to assist each school and unit in achieving their commitments.

- Acts as a technical liaison to other units

- Assists business leaders in identifying and building climate, capabilities, behaviors, structures, processes to support unit strategy
- Assists managers in forecasting and planning talent pipelines in line with unit strategy
- Assists business leaders aligning performance metrics and evaluation processes with OEVP units and University strategic priorities
- Assists, interprets, and communicates University policies and regulatory guidelines
- Provides general human resources assistance, i.e., recruitment, performance management, etc.
