Facilities and Construction Management
The Facilities & Construction Management organization is responsible for seamless, end-to-end delivery of all building construction, operations and maintenance services.
Our team is organized by key 5 functional areas: the Office of Construction Management; Sustainability, Energy and Technical Services; Facilities Management; Residential Services; and Campus Services. These groups are supported by dedicated Human Resources, Financial Management & Technology groups.
Together, this team delivers the safest, best value, highest quality learning, research and residential environments possible to enable faculty and students to do their best work unimpeded and without distraction or risk.

- Ensures all project activities are safe, legal, ethical and in compliance
- Provides site acquisition due diligence services and perform infrastructure assessment
- Develops and implement engineering standards, energy management and other sustainability strategies
- Ensures the reliable operation of the University's critical MEP systems and equipment
- Develops and prioritize budget recommendations

- Housing liaison to the Provost and Deans to support faculty recruiting and retention
- Designs and implements housing policies to recruit high-caliber faculty
- Directs residential managing agent
- Oversees leases and tenant policies
- Ensures regulatory compliance in conjunction with the Office of General Counsel for rental and loan programs
