World Science Festival Returns to New York

The World Science Festival returns to New York City from June 10-14 with a program of cutting-edge science, making the esoteric understandable and the familiar fascinating. The world’s leading scientific minds will be joined by renowned artists and celebrated thinkers, for a five-day celebration of science through discourse and debate, dance and theater, film and the visual arts.
The inaugural celebration attracted over 120,000 people to 44 events at 22 venues located throughout the city. More than 130 participants, speakers, and performers—including a dozen Nobel Laureates—guided a large and diverse audience to experience science as never before.
NYU is among the university partners providing a broad range of festival support. Other school partners are Columbia University, Rockefeller University, and the City University of New York. For more information, go to www.worldsciencefestival.com
