Making Changes to Care For Older Adults

NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Health-system Elders), a program, developed by the Hartford Institute for Geriatric Nursing at the NYU College of Nursing to help hospitals make systemic changes in the way they care for older adults, recently held their annual conference in Philadelphia.
