Bloomberg Receives Transportation Leadership Award

Mayor Michael Bloomberg received the 2008 Leadership in Transportation Award given annually by the Wagner Graduate School of Public Service’s Rudin Center for Transportation Policy and Management. Bloomberg, pictured, accepted the award at a ceremony in the Kimmel Center on Feb. 7. Also honored were Jonathan Orcutt, New York City Department of Transportation; James Clifford Greller, Hudson County Improvement Authority; and MTA New York City Transit, for its SmartCard pilot program.
